Apple Crisp With Oats Recipe

Please note that each recipe is designed for an 8×8 or 9×13 dish and incorporates oats.

1. Classic Gluten-Free Apple Crisp (Oven)

Ingredients:

  • For the Filling:
    • 4 cups peeled and chopped apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)
    • 1 heaping tablespoon granulated sugar
    • 1/2 tablespoon gluten-free flour
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Ingredients:

Use the same ingredients as above.

Instructions:

Ingredients:

    • Same as classic recipe.
  • For the Topping:
    • 1 cup old-fashioned oats (certified gluten-free)
    • ½ cup almond meal
    • ½ cup chopped pecans
    • ⅓ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
    • Pinch of salt
    • Melted butter (or coconut oil)

Instructions:
