Instructions:

- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, arrowroot powder, and turmeric. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of canola oil to the skillet. Sauté the bell peppers and onion for 2-3 minutes until tender.

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp potato starch
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 5 oz shallots, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
Instructions:
- Rub the baking powder into the steak for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, honey, and potato starch, tossing to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together beef broth, dark soy sauce, olive oil, rice vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes to make the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Sear half the steak for about 1 minute per side, then remove and repeat with the remaining steak.
